Exception – Damaged Products

  • Only products that arrive in a damaged condition will be considered for replacement.

  • Customers must provide valid proof (clear photographs or video evidence) of the damage.

  • The proof must be submitted to our support team within 2 hours of the delivery time.

  • Claims made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Verification Process

  • Once proof is submitted, our quality team will verify the damage.

  • If the claim is approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • If the claim is rejected (due to insufficient proof or misuse), no replacement or refund will be issued.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable under this policy.

  • Only replacement of damaged products is allowed, subject to verification.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure they are available to receive the product at the time of delivery.

  • Any delay in reporting damages beyond the 2‑hour window will make the claim invalid.

  • Products must be handled with care after delivery; damages caused post‑delivery are not covered.
