All sarees, dupattas, and fabrics are handcrafted and prepared specifically for each order.
Immediate processing begins once the order is confirmed, making cancellations impractical.
This ensures fairness to artisans and prevents misuse of the ordering system.
Exceptional Cases
Cancellation requests will not be entertained for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or delayed delivery.
Only in rare cases of system error or duplicate payment may the order be reviewed by our support team.
Such cases will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis, but they do not constitute a general cancellation right.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure accuracy of product selection, size, and quantity before checkout.
Providing correct delivery details is essential, as incorrect information cannot be corrected through cancellation.

Impact on Refunds
Since cancellations are not permitted, refunds are not applicable under this policy.
Refunds are only considered under the Return & Refund Policy for damaged products reported within 2 hours of delivery with valid proof.
